We had a wonderful two week stay here and everything was as described.The house was spotless and had everything we needed and more-huge comfy beds, comfy couches to relax on, lots of space, free wi-fi etc… This is our third visit to Cumbrian Lakes and hopefully we will return again soon as we love the community as it is gated and well maintained throughout and the houses are just what we look for. Leeanne and Andy were brilliant to deal with and were very quick to respond to any email requests and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Our kids loved the pool and would spend all day in it as it got sun all day. We loved our rest days by the pool, eating lunch outside or just relaxing in the spa after a long day at Disney. Its close to all the usual restaurants and a huge Walmart is near too. My husband liked the huge tv as it had ESPN and he could catch some Euro 2016! Thanks again for a wonderful stay in your villa.

The property although a little more basic than some villas we have stayed in over recent years was very comfortable, clean and well equiped. The pool area and pool itself was good with good views of the large lake. The beds were very comfortable and up there with the best, if not the best in terms of comfort that we have had in the many villas we have stayed in. The owner Andy was easy to deal with and very accomodating as was the management company. The property listing is accurate and what you see is what you get. As we were there basically for a villa holiday the pool had sun on it from sunrise to sunset (advantage of North facing pool area in June) and was exactly what we wanted. Only downside was infuriating blinds at patio doors which kept losing a slat everytime they were opened and closed. All in all we had a good holiday in this villa and would highly recommend it.

A very nice and well appointed villa. The villa was spotless when we arrived and is well equipped. A very nice view of the lake from the back of the villa, it was also nice to have somewhere you could walk around. We enjoyed walking round the lake over the road where there is a small alligator, turtles, and various birds. The villa is very convenient to get to all the parks, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay in the villa again and would recommend it to people as well. We had a really lovely holiday. Leanne & Andy were very helpful from our very first communication with them and are very nice people to deal with. Thank you once again for letting us stay in Sunnyside View. Excellent villa for family or group frindly neighborhood Having nice heated pool and very closed to all intertetmen loctions. Its clean very nice strongly recommend it for families
