Extras
Pool Heating optional extra –
£18 day / £125 per week – 2022/2023/2024
A £100 non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before the rental starts.
Refundable security deposit for “accidental damage” of £300 is required with payment of balance, which is refunded 14 days after your departure, subject to a satisfactory report from the Management Company in Florida that there is no damage to our home or any breakages.
Arrival time is after 4pm, with departure by 10am on your last day. (These times can be varied if necessary, just let us know your requirements – an extra charge may incur)
Our home will be cleaned before your arrival and after you leave. The villa is professionally managed, with a 24-hour emergency service –full details are supplied with your villa entry documentation, after full payment is received
