Cumbrain Lakes

Cumbrian Lakes, is a quiet gated community, that is set within 120 acres of  conservation area. It’s lovely lakes, providing a haven for the local wildlife. Beautiful landscaping surrounds all the homes and there is a nature trail around one of the lakes together with a communal children’s play area. It is a peaceful place in which to relax after a busy day at the theme parks.

In the conservation area you can enjoy a relaxing walk, jog or cycle ride around the lakes. Security is ensured by electronic gates at the entrance to the development, which require the code to allow access. All the gardens in Cumbrian Lakes are maintained by the same landscape gardening company to ensure a high standard throughout the community.

Ideally located, about 15 minutes from Disney theme parks and approximately 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
Within 5 minutes drive from our door, you will find a huge selection of shops and restaurants including a large twenty-four hour Wal-Mart on the 192 highway also Publix and Aldi are situated close by.

Local restaurants including: TGI Friday,  Logan’s, Longhorn Steak House, Cracker Barrel, Pizza Hut, Bahama Breeze, Taco Bell and numerous Italian restaurants like Olive Garden are just a short drive away. For those visitors who like to enjoy a drink with a meal in the evening and don’t wish to drive, we are ideally placed, just a short taxi ride from many restaurants.
