Andy always got back to us quickly when making arrangements and were proactive in providing information related to the house.. We had a small issue with the stove but the service company looked after it right away. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Florida. We had a wonderful time. This house was perfect for our family and our needs.
We loved the one floor and the pool. The property was easy to access and we had all the information we needed for our stay. All of the instructions were clear and we didn’t have any problems with anything. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for all. The pool was wonderful, clean, and also well maintained. The house was clean on the surface, but is in need of a deep clean. The base boards, bed skirts, corners and behind furniture all need wiped and swept. The linens were wonderful, but for all of our females we really needed 2 washcloths per person per day. The house could also use a few dish clothes, but we managed fine without. Thank you so much for a well maintained, well furnished house! We really enjoyed our stay and was perfect landing space after long days at Disney, Universal and Sea World!! We loved it!

This was our 2nd stay at Andy & Leanne’s lovely home and another great holiday for us. This is definitely the best house we have stayed in at Cumbrian Lakes. We had a fault with the AC but Mike the management guy was straight onto it and it was fixed that day. The only negative thing was the weather…rain almost every day! Booked again for next year.

The villa was everything we hoped it would be, felt very spacious and homely, well equipped with everything that we needed. Beds were very comfortable, was a really relaxing haven away from parks.
