We have just returned from Sunnyside View, we are all adults who have visited the Orlando area many times so just wanted a relaxing time which is exactly what we got. The villas is well furnished, spotlessly clean and located in a very quiet gated community. The heated pool is kept very clean and at a perfect temperature with a small Jacuzzi next to it. I highly recommend the villa for a family holiday with children as well as for groups without children. From the screened pool area you have a view of the local lake and it is very restful to watch the local wildlife. There is an excellent local agent (Mike) looking after the property who is very efficient and happy to help with any questions however trivial.
