I just stayed in this home with my husband, 3 year-old daughter, parents, sister, and brother-in-law for a week. We were very satisfied with our stay here. The house was clean and met our needs well. We loved having a private pool and used it several times and I appreciated that there was a safety fence available to keep my daughter safe. The location of the house was very good for us. We had a daily 20-30 minute drive to the Disney parks and they were only that long because of traffic. Everything that we needed was close by and as convenient as busy Kissimmee can be. If staying here, you may want to know that AT&T cell service is very low in this neighborhood and house. This is no reflection on the house, owners, or property manager at all. The wifi included with the house compensated for most of the downfalls of AT&T, but it is worth noting. The only drawback that we found is that the dryer takes a really long time to get clothes dry. We used the washer and dryer several times during the week and on the last day to wash the towels that we used and we had to restart the dryer several times to get everything dry. having said that, I really appreciate that there is a washer and dryer in the house that are available for use. They’re not bottom of the line like many vacation rentals I’ve stayed in, which was really nice. It was nice to pack less and to take less dirty clothes home. The last morning we were there, the property manager, Mike, called (though he said he had called a few times before – we were out a lot) to tell us that no one was coming in after us and we didn’t have to hurry to be out. My husband and daughter had wanted to swim one last time and this extension gave them time to do that. All that Mike asked in return was that we tried to get some sheets washed, which we did as well as we could with the dryer issue. We ended up leaving around 11:30 after swimming and having a much less rushed morning than we would have. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of letting us stay longer. I would highly recommend this house and I would definitely stay here again.
